Due to health and safety, it not possible to return the product.
What to do if my product is broken?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take a picture of any damages so we can resolve issues quickly.
I am not happy with my order!
We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. We do advise you to wait at least 30 days before you see results. However, if you aren't happy with the product or if it's arrive damaged and you want your money back send us an email at email@example.com to notify us about your concerns.
Can I Change or Cancel my order?
Please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with any requests to amend your order. However, if your order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.
How long will my Refund take?
It was take approximately 5-7 business days for the item amount to return back into your account. The refund will be made with the same payment information used in the original purchase.
Will I get the full refund?
We will refund you the total cost of your order without including shipping costs.
