Massage relies the manipulation of relevant tissues, muscle fibres and nerve endings to generate responses within the body which stimulate the internal healing process.

  3. Yoga: Yoga is an integral part of Ayurveda, and is believed to help bring balance and harmony to the mind and body. Yoga practices may include physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.

  4. Meditation: Meditation is a key component of Ayurveda, and is believed to help calm the mind and reduce stress. It can be practiced in a variety of ways, including seated meditation, walking meditation, and mantra repetition.

  5. Panchakarma: Panchakarma is a type of Ayurvedic cleansing treatment that involves a series of procedures designed to remove toxins from the body. These may include herbal enemas, oil massages, and special dietary guidelines.
